The Opportunity

We are building technology that delivers streamlined, repeatable consulting engagements (i.e., AI-native services). We are starting with the supply chain & logistics vertical, where we already have active client engagements that we use as a live testbed to prove and refine the technology.

We are looking for a co-founder to help build this business from its earliest stages. This is a founding role: you will help shape the product, the delivery model, the team, and the company itself.

Where We Are Today

• Active client engagements in the supply chain vertical, generating revenue and real-world feedback.
• An open role on one of those engagements can pay roughly $150K per year in salary, so the right person is funded from day one.
• We are forming a new entity and would share founder equity upon joining.

The Role

You will work directly with the founders as an equal partner in building the company. Expect to spend your time on:

• Supporting live client engagements and turning what we learn into reusable products.
• Building the technology that turns bespoke consulting work into repeatable, technology-driven engagements.
• Shaping the product roadmap, delivery methodology, and go-to-market strategy as we grow and expand.
• Helping recruit, set the culture, and prepare the company for a future fundraise.

Who You Are

Non-negotiable

• Highly technical: you can design, build, and ship working software yourself.
• Entrepreneurial: comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and building without a playbook.

Strongly preferred

• Consulting experience (strategy, operations, or technology), including client-facing delivery.
• Supply chain and logistics domain knowledge.

Compensation and Structure

• Salary: Approximately $150K per year, funded by an active client engagement.
• Equity: Meaningful founder equity in the new entity. Terms to be discussed with the right candidate.
• Role: Full-time co-founder role, starting at the earliest stage of the company.
